What is Wonby?

Wonby turns rough job notes into a client-ready proposal. You describe the work in plain English or dictate it on site, the AI extracts the materials, labour, and line items, and you send a formatted proposal with a shareable link your client can accept or decline.

Who is Wonby for?

Contractors and trades who quote work job by job, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, and general renovation. It suits anyone who writes estimates from site notes and wants to send them before leaving the driveway.

How long does it take to create a proposal?

Most proposals take a couple of minutes. You paste or dictate your notes, review the line items the AI extracted, adjust anything you want, and send. The extraction itself returns in seconds.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The free plan includes three lifetime AI credits so you can generate real proposals before paying. You only add a card if you buy a per-job credit or move to the Pro plan.

How much does Wonby cost?

The free plan is $0 and includes three lifetime AI credits. Per-job credits are $4 each with no subscription. Pro is $79 per month for unlimited proposal usage, custom branding, templates, and priority support.

What counts as an AI credit?

Credits are consumed by AI actions: extracting details from your notes, generating a proposal, and regenerating a proposal or an individual section. Exporting, sharing, and emailing a proposal you already generated do not use credits, and Pro is not metered.

Can my clients sign a proposal online?

Yes. Every proposal gets a private client link. Your client can read it in the browser, accept or decline it, leave a comment, and add a drawn signature when you require one. You are notified when they respond.

Can I put my own branding on proposals?

Yes. Pro includes custom branding, so you can add your company logo and details and reuse your own saved templates across jobs.

Can I export a proposal as a PDF?

Yes. Any proposal can be previewed and exported as a PDF, or emailed to your client directly from Wonby. Exporting an existing proposal does not consume AI credits.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Pro renews monthly through Stripe until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
